Steps:

1. Unfold the sauna blanket and connect its two wires with the output of the host.

2. Let the customer lie on the blanket and start the operation.

3. Turn on the power and turn on the switch.

4. Press the button to set, select the time option and set the working time of the machine.

5. Press the set key, when temperature 1 flashes, press the up and down keys to set the output temperature of OUTPUT 1. After the machine is set, the value can be automatically saved.
